5. Can a non-Equity customer pay through the Equity Agent or Branch?
Yes, all customers both non-equity and equity customers, can make payments through an Equity Branch and Equity Agent.

- Visit www.ecitizen.go.ke and sign in or register
- Select the service you require and complete the process.
- As part of the transaction process, you will receive a Reference Number
- Pay instantly through any of your preferred Equity Channel: *247#, Equitel, Equity Mobile App/Equity Online, EazzyBiz, Equity Branch and Agent Networks. Remember to capture the Reference Number.
- Upon payment proceed to complete the transaction on the E-Citizen portal
