EazzyFX is an electronic Forex exchange dealing platform that enables you to settle your business FX obligations in a more convenient, fast, and secure way.

You can access EazzyFX through:- https://eazzy.fx.com/client.

You require a duly signed EazzyFX dealing mandate.

No you don't. All you require is internet connection.

To access via https://eazzy.fx.com/client.html , you will require Microsoft internet Explorer 8+ browser and Java 8.

To access via https://eazzy.fx.com/client/, you can launch the EazzyFX application on any browser.

You will receive a USER ID and a Password (You will be required to change the password during the first log in). This will be provided through a secured authorised Equity Bank email address.

The account locks in case of 4 wrong attempts to log in. The login access codes will be disabled to prevent unauthorised access.

Additionally, when you are logged in to EazzyFX but have not used the application for 10 minutes, the system automatically logs you out. This prevents unauthorised access to your account, should you leave your computer unattended, without having logged out of EazzyFX.

There are no charges for registering for EazzyFX.

Your primary account is the default account used for your FX transactions.

You can select and set any of your operative accounts as the primary account. This should also be specified from the onset on the dealing mandate.

Yes you can. Click on the blotters page on EazzyFX>select XML (Excel)/ HTML> then save on your computer.

You can view all your transaction history on the FX blotter for up to 12 months.

Lodge complaint at any of our branches, via call center, info@equitybank.co.ke or website: https://equitygroupholdings.com/ke/ We will record your feedback and issue you with a reference number.
We will acknowledge you feedback within 48hours.
If we cannot resolve the complaint immediately, we will advise on the next cause of action and when to expect feedback from us.
We will endeavor to resolve the complaint within 7 working days. However, should we require more time to it, we will keep you updated with progress every 7 days until the complaint is resolved.
Should the resolution not meet your satisfaction, feel free to get back to us with your concerns and we will review the issue and resolution and revert back to you.
